- January 2007 diagnosed with breast cancer
- April 2007 surgery to remove breast
- November 2008 checkup was ALL CLEAR; numbers, results fell into the low end of normal
- January 18-19, 2009 went tubing at Paoli Peaks, stayed at French Lick, felt fine, had a great time
- January 26, 2009 (noonish)went to the doctor because of strange taste in mouth, felt tired but felt like maybe had a flu bug.
- January 26, 2009 had blood tests done, hospital called and required admittance because of high calcium levels in blood. Needed to be hooked up to IV to flush that out.
- January 27, 2009 focus became liver which appeared to be enlarged.
- January 28, 2009 released from hospital; just had to keep drinking water to keep calcium levels down.
- January 29, 2009 Dr. Williams called and requested they come out to his office to discuss results of liver biopsy.
- January 29, 2009 it was confirmed cancer in the liver.
- January 30, 2009 diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer in the liver.
- February 2, 2009 got a second opinion from Dr. Gupta. Decided to go with him.
- February 3, 2009 had MRI and liver biopsy
- February 4, 2009 brain scan (MRI) showed all clear

How did we get here?
At the risk of messing something up, I'm just going to be brief in telling how this came about. I don't know specific dates or specific procedures but here is what I know as the timeline:
